[glow=red,2,300]What does your screename mean? How did you think of it? Why did you choose it?[/glow] In my case , Mikado refers to the ancient Japanese Emporer, which also approximates a Japanese version of my actual first name

Well, you're perfectly welcome to make a short introduction to your bands in the J-pop section if you like... part of what we do here is promote Asian bands, to the "west"

I used to work at a medicinefactory near a nuclear reactor. It was near the beach, so the place was crawling with seagulls. They always fly around the buildings, so I wonder how much radiation they get. One day I apparently walked too close to a nest, so a seagull attacked me! I managed to dodge, but it still was a bit scary. So when I came home, I told my mother that I was attacked by a nuclear seagull.

My screename ~ simple; I'm interested in the Sasquatch. When I first began studying the subject I didn't believe they existed, I mean, how can a species of American primate avoid detection, now; the evidence is simply too compelling to ignore. There is no definitive proof, i.e. a live or dead specimen but all the available evidence both anidotal and physical is strongly suggestive of the existence of these creatures. Also I'm tall. Also I was a bit drunk when I chose my screename!!! Have caught 3 SK shows this year, will post when I've got two minutes and will post some of the photos I took!

While I can't say that the Sasquatch is real, or just an old lady in a fur coat , I can say that I'll be looking forward to your posts! ps. 3 shows? That's impressive!!!

Why Solingen...? Well...nowadays everything is 'made in China' ..but growing up as a kid, 'back home' most knives came from Solingen (Germany)and that was simply the first thing that popped into my head signing up.
