Here we are. Sho'en Knife, as the announcer keeps calling them, on the show "Astral Glamour" on 3RRR Melbourne, 2017.10.02.

This is recorded using a sound recording prog. If anyone knows how to rip the stream without re-encoding then let me know.

So... it was rasterized already by the Astral Glamor stream encoder.
Or something else they did with a parallel recording at the same time
or later before they put it up for on-demand.
All you have to think about is preserving what quality they presented
to you across any transformations you want to make.
What you have is as good as you get, and that's as good as your capture
system.
If you captured it in stereo at 44.1kHz with 16-bit precision, then you can
import into any editor at the original sample rate, convert to 32-bit precision
if you feel deluxe, edit away, and save out to a lossless format as 44.1 @16.
Whatever goodness you had, you'll still pretty much have.
Export to 128 kbps MP4, the original quality level. Still shouldn't be any
degradation you can hear, versus the captured stream.
If you captured to a lossy format, then you have even less to worry about.
There's no access to the original MP4 file, they hide behind relative URLs.
Eventually, it'd be possible to guess the location, maybe, and touch the
stored MP4 likely not. Whatever the case, RRR is not letting you have
their original content for your own.
This is how they cut you off at the knees:
It was an average internet radio-quality stream to start with.
Like terrestrial car radio but digital.
