I think of it as covering their own recorded cover version for the live audience. I sure hope they remembered to take the batteries out of those microphones.

What kind of psycho loops a lip-synched 20-minute set 4X in a row, head to tail? Vanda Gerard, you are one sick pup. o.0

2014 cheerleader uniforms to promote "Ecstatic Girl". What they said about it at the time: VANILLA BEANS OFFICIAL BLOG2014-10-12 11:54:19 ameblo.jp/vanillabeans-blog/entry-11937930839.htmlTHEME: Risa Hejsan. (Hello in Nordic languages) Good morning everyone.
11 November – Announcing release details of Vanilla Beans' 12 single "Ecstatic Girl"!
The late Daisuke Inoue left unpublished songs written in the 1980s for Wink. At this time we've been asked to sing the phantom compositions. The lyrics are in many cases Vanilla Beans lyrics written by big brother Kentaro Sekiya. They've turned into cheering songs because we want to send support to lots of people.Wink was a Japanese euro-pop song and dance duo not unlike Vanilla Beans, whose success Banibi would love to equal. I'm confused about the reference to Daisuke Inoue, because the only one I've heard of in the music world is a former bar musician turned inventor. His claim to fame is putting himself out of the music business by helping bring karaoke to Japan, then the rest of Asia. Inoue is still alive AFAIK, never was a composer, and most of Wink's hits were covers of songs originally performed by other bands. That bit of weirdness about saying hello in Nordic is just an aspect of the Banibi image. Their founding creative brief was to be like a clean, icy-pure wind from the North.

This is just nuts. They screwed up the original song track and mixed it underneath their own vocal, with a goofy synthetic music box melody line. What they said about it: Included on Vanilla Beans II, a cover of Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven", mixed with the original. Since the key signature is different, we've got Zeppelin big brother moaning. Cover song producer Kondo-san created a "timing-to-end" copy to verify the voice track. The verification result was an "approximate match" in places. This takes time-traveling song theft to new heights. Not only did the Zeppelin travel 45 years ahead to steal BANIBI's song, when they recorded it they produced the exact mix that would be necessary to create the 2011 re-mix. So that it would be available for them to steal, obviously. That is scary, but at least the universe hasn't gone sideways yet... or is this the real reason for the Trump candidacy? 〜〜〜〜〜 And just when Led Zeppelin had got done with fighting off the lawyer for the Randy California estate. Led Zeppelin Wins ‘Stairway to Heaven’ Copyright TrialGroup had been accused of ripping off Spirit song “Taurus” with iconic rock anthem 2016 June 23, by Tim Kenneally and Pamela Chelin for The Wrap thewrap.com/led-zeppelin-wins-stairway-to-heaven-copyright-trial/ Best sentence: Plant pleaded fuzzy memory while testifying during the trial, telling the court, “I’ve no recollection of almost anybody I’ve ever hung out with.”
