What a bastard! Maybe this will cheer you up! yes he was... and yeah, that is hilarious... would be even better if the girl were Asian! hehe I recently went on a trip to find my ancestors... Besides tombstones and ancestors homes, I found 2 streets with the family name... Rue Jolin, named for my Ancestor Augustin (The street is on what was once his farm) and Rue Anselme Jolin, named after a politician who was a distant cousin

Ten years ago today, I was working in a car parts factory, and at lunch time, someone said that the WTC had "Fallen into the Hudson"; of course, no one believed him; we thought it was some kind of weird joke... the reality of the tragedy didn't become real, until I got in my car and noticed that there was nothing on the radio but news reports; as soon as I got home, I turned on CNN and spent the next 5 hours sitting in a stunned stupor, in front of the TV. Well, the VW had a split window until 1953 but, yes, I'll give it to you cause I only asked the make of the car, and you got it, as for the car in the pic, it could be anytime between 1945 and 53 (Any VW built between 1938 and 1944 would have been handbuilt for some Nazi bigwig.

in 53-54 VW eliminated the middle bar and created the "Oval Window" Beetle, my personal favorite VW body style (VW had no set model year at the time, they just made running changes, some 53s were built as split windows until the supply ran out) Here we see my little brother behind the neighbour's 1957 VW "Ragtop", circa 1965 Attachments:
